Privacy Policy
Last Updated: April 19, 2026
1. Zero-Retention Processing Architecture
Your documents are processed securely by our advanced neural network. All content analysis occurs in a highly secure, enterprise-grade environment. To respect your privacy, documents are never retained, persisted, or used to train our models after the analysis is complete. Once the processing cycle concludes, all analysis data is permanently discarded from our systems.
2. Data We Do Not Collect
Because of our Zero-Retention Architecture, we do not log, read, copy, or retain the content of documents you submit for analysis. Your documents, essays, and proprietary code are processed securely and immediately purged from our neural network pipeline upon completion. We maintain no persistent record of your submitted text.
3. Analytics and Behavioral Telemetry
We use OpenPanel for analytics to understand how users interact with this service. OpenPanel is designed with privacy-first principles that fundamentally differ from traditional analytics platforms.
- Cookieless Tracking: OpenPanel does not use cookies for analytics tracking. No cookies are set on your visitors' browsers, which means no consent banners are required for basic analytics.
- No IP Address Storage: IP addresses are used transiently to derive city-level geolocation and generate an anonymous visitor identifier. The raw IP address is discarded immediately after geolocation is determined.
- No Persistent Identifiers: Visitor identifiers are generated using a daily-rotating cryptographic hash of the IP address, user agent, and project ID. This hash cannot be reversed and becomes meaningless after 24 hours.
- No Behavioral Profiling: OpenPanel does not build profiles of individual users or track visitors across different websites. There is no cross-session profiling or behavioral tracking.
- Analytics Data Collected: OpenPanel collects the following aggregated, anonymized data per event: page URL and referrer, browser name and version, operating system, device type, and city, country, and region.
- Named Interaction Events: We capture specific named events, including which FAQ items you expand and which pricing options you interact with, for product improvement and feature usage analysis.
- EU Data Hosting: OpenPanel processes and stores all analytics data within the European Economic Area (on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany with backups on Cloudflare R2 within the EU). No analytics data is transferred outside the EEA.
None of the above telemetry includes the textual content of documents you analyze. For more information on OpenPanel's privacy-first approach and data practices, see the OpenPanel Privacy Policy.
4. Geographic Scope
This service is made available to users worldwide. However, use of this service may be restricted or prohibited by applicable laws in certain countries or regions. If the use of this service is restricted or prohibited where you are located, you must not use it. We make no representations that this service is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.
5. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding the personal information we process about you, which may include:
- Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal information we have collected. Telemetry data held by OpenPanel can be managed and deleted through the OpenPanel dashboard, or you can contact us to facilitate deletion requests.
- Right to Non-Sale: We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any applicable privacy rights.
