This tool is provided strictly as a Free Research Preview. Nurtinit is currently undergoing active development and algorithm fine-tuning to evaluate the boundaries of AI content detection in modern environments.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the absolute accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the detection results. Due to the probabilistic nature of neural processing models, false positives and false negatives can and will occur.

3. Limitations on Use

The results provided by Nurtinit must not be used as a definitive basis for:

• Academic punishment, grading decisions, or disciplinary actions.
• Employment decisions, performance evaluations, or termination.
• Legal, judicial, or evidentiary claims.

Nurtinit is designed solely as a supplementary analytical tool. Human review and contextual understanding must always be applied to its outputs.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nurtinit and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of this Research Preview.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Nurtinit to:

• Make definitive academic, employment, or legal determinations based solely on detection results, as expressly prohibited by Section 3.
• Conduct systematic automated scraping, bulk scanning, or API harvesting of the service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the detection engine or any part of the service.
• Misrepresent Nurtinit’s detection outputs as conclusive evidence in any formal proceeding.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Nurtinit name, logo, website design, and all associated content are owned by the service operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of this service without prior written permission. Detection outputs generated for your documents do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you beyond the right to view and use those results for personal, non-commercial reference.

7. Age and Eligibility

This service is available to users of all ages. No personal information is required to use the core document analysis features. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent’s or guardian’s permission to use the service.

8. Governing Law

This service is operated by an individual developer on an experimental, research-preview basis. These Terms do not designate a specific governing jurisdiction. To the extent that any dispute arises, it will be resolved in accordance with applicable law as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms creates any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and the operator.

9. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator of this service with respect to your use of Nurtinit and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
